On second deck either more cabins and/or bar or café/restaurant.

Mooring can be in a small harbour or large tiver, lake or even loch.
Consider as an addition to a waterside hotel, or complete unit.
Rooms only or upmarket suites you can charge a premium for.

TYPICAL CONVERSION OF 50 TO 100 BEDROOM FLOATELS
THE 20 CABIN RANGE
This range comes after a visit to North Scotland where there is a "Tourist Boom" but a shortage of accommodation.
The Units - which are in design - please send comments and suggestions - will be new builds but without engines or machinery.
Cabins can be varied in size - Double cabin, Family Four and Eight Cabin Bunkhouse.
Designs will be on a Traditional Scottish Ship.
The 20 CABIN FLOATEL
This is designed for small harbours, rivers or even marinas and areas short of accommodation.
If desired can incorporate a Cafe/Bar for extra income.
Approximate sizes will be 66' long x 18/20' Beam
PRESENT PROGRESS
Mainly for Floatels of 50 Rooms Plus.
We think there is also a market in the Highlands and Islands
For smaller 20/30 Bedroom units.
Particularly on the NC500 Route which is growing greatly every year.
Opportunities for “ HIGHLAND FLOATELS”
Smaller units – we have arrangements for Assembling with a Shipyards in the Highlands and Islands. You will know rates locally.
We can include say a Café or Restaurant. This can be a good Family type business and provide local employment
